1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the table.watch website and service. By accessing or using table.watch, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.

table.watch is operated from the United Kingdom. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to table.watch, and “you” and “your” refer to the user of the service.

2. The Service

table.watch is a free service that monitors publicly available restaurant reservation availability and notifies users when tables become available at restaurants they are watching.

We are not a restaurant booking platform. We do not take bookings, process payments, or act as an intermediary between you and any restaurant. When a table becomes available, we provide a link to the relevant booking platform where you can make a reservation directly.

3. No Affiliation

table.watch is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of the restaurants listed on the platform, nor to any booking platforms including OpenTable, Resy, SevenRooms, TheFork, or Tock. All restaurant names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use table.watch. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

6. No Guarantees

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees that:

• Notifications will be delivered instantly or at all
• Availability information is accurate or up to date
• You will be able to secure a reservation at any restaurant
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free

Restaurant availability changes rapidly and a table shown as available may no longer be available by the time you attempt to book.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from table.watch
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent any limitations
• Resell or commercially exploit information obtained from the service

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, table.watch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service. Your continued use of table.watch after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
